Your right of withdrawal
You can withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period starts on the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods. The full conditions can be found in our Cancellation policy.
How to withdraw
The quickest way is via our page Withdraw from contract. You can also send us your withdrawal by email to support@automatehome.shop or by post. An informal letter is sufficient.

Please send the goods back within 14 days of your withdrawal and pack them well.
Return costs
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
Refund
We refund all payments we have received from you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal. We use the same means of payment that you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.
As our standard shipping is free, we refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery (€0.00). We do not refund the surcharge for express shipping (€4.99), because you expressly chose this more expensive shipping method.
Compensation for loss of value
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning. Please note: adhesive strips that have already been stuck on can usually not be reused.
Damaged or wrong goods
If your goods are damaged, defective or wrong, please write to us with your order number and photos at support@automatehome.shop. We will quickly find a solution – replacement or refund.
Statutory warranty
The statutory warranty of 2 years from delivery applies.
