Delivery area
We deliver exclusively to addresses in Germany. Delivery abroad or pickup is not possible.
Shipping methods and costs
- Free standard shipping – €0.00 – delivery time 5–8 working days
- Express shipping – €4.99 – delivery time 3–5 working days
You choose the shipping method at checkout. There is no minimum order value.
How we calculate the delivery time
The delivery time starts when your payment is received and includes 1–2 working days of processing. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Baden-Württemberg.
Shipment tracking
As soon as your order is on its way, you will receive an email with the tracking number. It can take up to 24 hours until tracking shows current data.
Please check your delivery address
Check your address before ordering. If you notice a mistake, write to us immediately at support@automatehome.shop. As long as the order has not been shipped, we can change the address.
Delays
If a delivery is delayed, we will inform you by email. You can then withdraw from the contract if the goods have not yet been shipped.
Lost or damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, ideally have the damage confirmed by the delivery driver and send us photos of the packaging and the goods to support@automatehome.shop. If the tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the parcel, please contact us within 7 days. We will clarify the matter with the shipping company. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
