Hosting and server log files<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our shop is operated by an external hosting provider. When you visit the website, data transmitted by your browser is processed automatically: IP address, date and time, page visited, referrer, browser and operating system. This is necessary for secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose, unless they are required to investigate a security incident. The hosting provider processes the data on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Cookies and consent<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We use technically necessary cookies so that the shopping cart, checkout and customer account work (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR, \u00a7 25(2) TDDDG). We only set other cookies with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, \u00a7 25(1) TDDDG). We manage your consent with the cookie tool Complianz. You can change or withdraw it at any time via \u201cCookie settings\u201d in the footer. Details can be found in our <a href=\"\/en\/cookie-richtlinie\/\">Cookie policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Orders and customer account<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For your order we process your name, address, email address, phone number (optional), order data and payment information. This is necessary to fulfil the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you voluntarily create a customer account, we also store this data there until you delete the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Contact form, email and phone<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you contact us via the contact form, by email or by phone, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We delete the data once the enquiry has been fully dealt with and no retention obligations apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Online withdrawal function<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you declare a withdrawal via our \u201cWithdraw from contract\u201d page, we process the data provided (e.g. order number, name, email address) to handle your withdrawal and send you a confirmation of receipt (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Payment service providers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depending on the payment method chosen, we pass on the data required for payment to the respective provider if you select this payment method (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>PayPal (Europe) S.\u00e0 r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22\u201324 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg<\/li>\n\n<li>WooPayments, provided by WooCommerce Inc. in cooperation with Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland (credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These providers also process data in part in third countries such as the USA. The transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Shipping service providers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For delivery we pass your name and delivery address on to the commissioned shipping company (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We only transmit your email address or phone number if you have consented, so that the shipping company can inform you about the delivery (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Emails about your order<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We send you emails about your order, shipping and your withdrawal. We do not send advertising emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Storage period<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We only store personal data for as long as necessary for the respective purpose. We keep order and invoice data for up to 10 years due to commercial and tax law obligations (\u00a7 147 AO, \u00a7 257 HGB).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Your rights<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).
