The period starts on the day on which you or a third party named by you received the goods. You can also send us your withdrawal by email to <a href=\"mailto:support@automatehome.shop\">support@automatehome.shop<\/a> or by post. We use the same means of payment that you used for the order. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As our standard shipping is free, we refund the cost of the cheapest standard delivery (\u20ac0.00). We do not refund the surcharge for express shipping (\u20ac4.99), because you expressly chose this more expensive shipping method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Compensation for loss of value<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning.
